Toyota of Walnut Creek is worst of all dealerships I have
Toyota of Walnut Creek is worst of all dealerships I have ever experienced. They advertised car with features that were not available in car. I drove all the way from Fresno to Walnut Creek to buy the car they advertised and had to come back disappointed. Manager was so rude and said it’s normal for them to do it. It wasted my time and money and it was normal for them. I would not recommend anyone to trust this dealership.

Needed to give a shout out to Chris Pablo at Toyota of Walnut Creek. This guy was a pleasure to work with, getting me out the door numbers with no fuss and clear communication. Full disclosure, I ended up purchasing a used vehicle elsewhere (sorry Chris!). The decision was based solely on getting a used vehicle that better suited my needs. My opinion based on my interactions with Chris is that he is knowledgeable and service-oriented, and I would feel comfortable and confident purchasing a vehicle with Chris at Toyota of Walnut Creek.

The salesperson was helpful and steered us toward buying
The salesperson was helpful and steered us toward buying a new 2025 Camry hybrid instead of a used car, as the price difference was only $5,000. We love the car except for one annoying thing: I can hear the wind coming through the driver-side window at speeds above 65 MPH. I took it back to them to test drive it, and the salesperson said a mechanic drove it home to test it and did not hear the wind. They gave me a loaner, the same car, a 2025 Camry hybrid, and I could hear it in the loaner. I took our car to our local dealership in Vallejo to test, and because of traffic on the freeway, the mechanic didn't drive above 65 MPH, and he said he couldn't hear the wind. He also said if I try to install wind-noise-reducing glass, I'd violate my warranty. Many people online complain of the same wind-noise issue in recent-model Camry hybrids, so it's not just me imagining things. Since the people at Walnut Creek Toyota drive a range of their cars all the time, including dead-quiet luxury vehicles, I'm sure they know what a quiet vehicle is, so I suspect they're aware that the 2025 Camry Hybrid is not quiet at the driver's side window. Despite their helpfulness and friendliness otherwise, I would be wary of buying another car from them without conducting thorough research on a vehicle first. I _would_ recommend the dealership, but with a warning. I am disappointed to say that I am not 100% certain of their honesty.
