I had a truly great experience at Toyota of Ventura, and I especially want to thank Jim, who made the entire process feel easy, human, and genuinely enjoyable. From start to finish, Jim was professional, straightforward, and incredibly friendly. I never once felt like I was “dealing with a salesperson” — it felt more like working with someone I already knew and trusted. He took the time to clearly explain everything about my new Toyota bZ XLE, answered all my questions honestly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. I’d also like to thank Eddie from Internet Sales, who followed up with me early on. Eddie was extremely kind, easy to talk to, and very responsive — a real pleasure to deal with. And Mary in the financing department was wonderful as well: clear, efficient, and professional, making the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. A big thank you to Jim, Eddie, and Mary for their professionalism, kindness, and great teamwork.
