Joe (JB) was great!
Joe (JB) was great!! He was patient, understanding, and truthful during the negotiating process. It took me about two weeks to decided on purchasing the vehicle that was located in a dealership 80 miles plus from my house. It was worth it. Joe and Myles were great during the purchase process.

The experience stared as five stars, then it was almost 1
The experience stared as five stars, then it was almost 1 star, but they recovered the experience at the very last moment and so now it’s 3 stars. I did not need a car but I was looking for one because mine was aging. I had been keeping an eye on used cars knowing that I wanted a Subaru, Toyota, or Honda, and I wanted the payment to be under $300 a month (so I was looking at older cars). A Subaru popped up at this dealership and fit all the criteria I was looking for. I emailed the dealership, and Eddie promptly responded to my email. Eddie answered all my questions and was even kind enough to send a video tour, that he took himself, of the vehicle. I went to look at the car and asked for Eddie, but he was off work at the time so I was assisted by Joe “JB”. I told Joe I didn’t really need a car but if we could make something work I’d be driving away with the one I was there to see. I absolutely hate the car buying game and if I sensed any xx I would be out of there. JB respected that, got the car, and we went for a test drive. I told JB exactly what I wanted, and he said he could make that work. Everything was perfect until I entered the finance office. We all know when you’re dealing with the finance office you are dealing with the xxxx of the Earth…this interaction held true to that. I had the displeasure of dealing with Manny in finance. Manny played all the usual tricks; “this is the lowest interest rate I can get you”, it’s 2024 I can see my credit run in real time and knew that was a lie. Surprise surprise he was “able to get it lower”. When it came to the extended warranty and GAP coverage he showed me prices that “were at cost” and he “couldn’t possibly go down any further in price”, he went down further. Much further. At this point I was fine knowing he added some interest on the back end of my financing, after all that’s how the dealership makes money, and I knew even though I had an offer of $1100 for my trade in, in writing, they screwed me by only offering $500, and I know that the price I was given on the extended warranty made the dealership some money. I’m fine with all of. So I signed the deal and away I went. At this point Manny had told me 8 different times that “once I sign this contract the car is mine, it’s a done deal”. Got it. Well the next morning I wake up to several missed calls from Manny. He tells me the deal I signed is no good and I need to drive back to the dealership, an almost 3 hour round trip, to sign a new contract. Not only does he expect me to drive back to the dealership but he tells me I now have to bring a check for an additional $1500, my agreed rate has changed, and so has my agreed time frame for the loan. In other words everything we agreed to was now changed. I was obviously furious as it is not my job to fix Mannys incompetence. After all he had told me several times once I sign the contract, that’s it, the car is mine…unless of course he can’t do his job properly. While I was on the phone with Manny I could see he was rerunning my credit again, which I did not agree to because it dings my credit. At the point I’m past furious, this person is doing everything I didn’t want and didn’t agree to. I asked Manny “so this means the contract is void correct” to which he answered “yes and you have to drive the 90 mins back here and sign a new one” so I said “ok I’ll drive back but since the contract is void I’ll be returning the vehicle and taking my trade in back”. Manny couldn’t comprehend this and managed to fumble his worlds and try to undo his failure. He did not succeed. I hung up on him. The only saving grace for this dealership was that JB swooped in to save the day, and Mannys job, because JB managed to handle the entire situation and called me back three hours later saying they would honor the agreement I had originally signed. This dealership should promote JB, he’s the only reason I’m not back driving in my trade in.

Avoid purchasing any pre-owned vehicles from this
Avoid purchasing any pre-owned vehicles from this dealership! I bought a Toyota FJ Cruiser from them on December 2nd. After just 400 miles and 2 months, the engine oil pressure light illuminated. When I reached out to them for assistance, they referred me to their service advisor who quoted a hefty $5400 for the repair.
