I purchased a used vehicle from toyota selma after having
I purchased a used vehicle from toyota selma after having purchased several other new ones from them in the past, the salesman explicitly told me, unprompted; single owner car, never a rental, never a lease. After reviewing all the documents. I discovered it was a rental. It had also incurred previous damage of which they had absolutely no details that they were willing to share about, knowing very well how much invisible damages a vehicle engine receives as a rental? I would have never purchased the vehicle knowing it was a rental. Furthermore, I found that it was not a single owner car. It had, in fact, 3 previous owners to myself. After speaking to the salesman, Luis Suarez, who personally told me this on a multiple occasions, he sounded surprised. He said, of course, it had more than one owner. He said, of course, it was a rental. He said he told me that when in fact, he said the exact opposite. Probably the scammiest part of this entire ordeal was that, after speaking to the superiors in the chain of command I was told they classify every used car as a previous rental as to not assume any liability unto themselves, liability which is clearly now being pushed onto the buyer. A few other things they lied about. They said it was going to cost me 10% restocking fee, which would have been near $3000 loss. After reviewing the documents which they now conveniently put on a USB drive (not allowing you to view the documents until you have access to a computer). It turns out it was only $500 flat rate for said restocking fee, not 10%. And finally, since they refused to take my other vehicle in as a trade, they agreed to drive my car home several times before finalizing the purchase. The salesman told me that there would absolutely be somebody available to drive the car home. If not, he'll do it himself. He himself confirmed this each of the three times I brought it up. I also spoke to the finance guy about the same thing. He as well said, there will be somebody here to drive at home. And finally, the third member who actually handed me the keys also told me sure, of course, there's somebody here to drive the car home only to take it back a few minutes later and say that everybody had already left. I then had to leave my other car there for 3 days because nobody was available to fulfill the promise made multiple times. When I finally got a hold of the salesman he again acted surprise and said "I didn't know that you needed someone to drive it home for you", when he confirmed it verbally 3 times within the same 2 hours on the day of the purchase I then had to go drive back to the Dealership An Hour Away from my own home to Drive Both Cars home With Him and Then Still Have to give him a ride back all at my own cost of fuel and vehicle mileage, I live an hour away from the dealership, making it a 6 hours worth of driving to get scammed for a single vehicle. So to summarize, they made false promises only to pretend they knew nothing about. Secondly, they will mark down every used vehicle as a previous rental to avoid assuming any liability, all of which gets pushed onto the buyer. And most importantly, they gave me inaccurate information on the history of the vehicle. Only to then ask "Yeah, so what's the problem", making claims that they themselves would love to own a previous rental, Which by all account is total b*******? And finally, as of last night, I now have a m*********** named Stephen stoubs, from premier one in relation with the farney automotive group harassing me with calls at 11 o'clock at night. Just to question whether I had replaced insurance for the car when the week of insurance expired 3 days prior, under the pretense that this was an urgent matter. I asked why he was calling me so late? He replied smuggly with "because its the time I wanted to call". He also sent 3 text messages and an email. All at 11 o'clock at night.

This dealer has not given me my 2nd key fob.
This dealer has not given me my 2nd key fob. I bought a new car in July 2024 and I was told the 2nd key fob was not at the dealership location and that Toyota would send it out. More than 6 months later and nothing.
