I pointed out defects in the paint on my 2023 Tacoma never got back to me. I lost faith with them with last service when they told me I needed an alignment I paid it the truck had less than 6000 miles give me a brake. That truck sits in the driveway it’s never hit a pot hole or anything.out 100 and some dollars. You no what else They don’t change the oil depending on miles I purchased the service policy. Wasted money! After talking to people in freeman’s waiting room they told me there issues

Has anyone else had to wait months to get a Toyota

Has anyone else had to wait months to get a Toyota TrailHunter Jack? I keep calling but they just keep saying it’s on order with no arrival date. I purchased a 2025 TrailHunter from Freeman Toyota and they let me order the hard Tonneau cover and waited until after it arrived to tell me it doesn’t fit the TrailHunter. I ordered the Prinsu Roof rack specifically for the light bar cutout but they installed the Toyota branded Prinsu rack that does not have the light bar cutout and refused to return it for the one I paid for. I ordered the WeBoost and rather than install it, they just left it in the box and said they didn’t know it needed to be installed. I will never buy a vehicle from Freeman Toyota again. Worst experience ever. Still waiting for my Jack after 3 months.

Worst service department experience I've had. I had a 12:40 PM appointment. I was given a 1 to 2 hour wait time estimate and I chose to wait, after 2.5 hours I checked the status of my sevice and the technician told me he was sorry but they had not even started the inspection on my vehicle, he told me I would have to leave my vehicle for an indeterminate period of time or overnight. I had other things to do in Santa Rosa so I had to rent a car from Freeman at my expense. It seems Freeman Toyota does not value their appointment commitments or the value their customer's time. I love Toyotas I have 3 different Toyotas at home, but I will not trust Freeman Toyota again.
