I receive a piece of note from Williams a Toyota text
I receive a piece of note from Williams a Toyota text service with an approximately info about their job per hour but I did not receive any Toyota text service real quote before bringing the car so I can compare prices and competitors but after ask for a real quote with Kevin's the manager he mentioned he can try but I didn't receive any from Toyota Stevens creek. the bran is amazing but the. Services are the worse so look for further options to fix it.

New owners have taken the heart out of this dealership. You can’t call the place directly any more, and my recent service experience was awful with excessive wait times despite having an appointment and just as long a wait when picking it up. There is a palpable unhappy vibe among the staff that suggest the owners are not motivating them very well. I guess the fact the owners also have the Jeep dealership down the road speaks volumes…pair the world’s best cars and the world’s worst cars and you end up the a bland unimpressive mediocrity. Likely won’t go back as a result of feeling utterly irrelevant to these people as a customer.
