I feel it costs too much for a general service.
I feel it costs too much for a general service. Also, I wanted them to just glance at something, and they tried to charge me for it. I think you should have more incentives. My car is a 2021, so I can probably find a competent mechanic. In addition, the person answering the phone seemed like I was bothering her, which is a total "no" for me.

The service advisor was very accommodating and precise.
The service advisor was very accommodating and precise. Although, before the day we went to have my car serviced, another service advisor quoted me $657 for installation of my step bars/running boards. It’s a good thing we went there in person and find out it is less than we were quoted for. Thank you, Maita Toyota.
