It took 2.5 hours to do paperwork on a simple transaction. Ludicrous. Your head of sales was ultimately apologetic and fast and a really good guy but until that point it was very frustrating. I don't want to single out anyone negatively as I don't know the context.

I am very happy with my experience at Toyota in down town LA. Carlos was really helpful and showed us different vehicles that aligned with our finances. The process was shorter than I expected and everything went smooth.

It was a great experience.
It was a great experience. Julio was extremely helpful. He made sure that every question we had was answered. I really liked liked him. He was very patient with us. My husband is deaf and I had to interpret for him and Julio was very patient throughout the process. We also had a really good experience with Albert and he was very patient as well. I really appreciate those two they helped us so much.
