Toyota of Lompoc

Worst service experience in my 36 years as a driver. What they said would take 2 days ended up taking 7 weeks. They tried to double charge my wife, then claimed it was an "honest mistake" when she caught it. Five minutes away from the place, the engine light came on and there was an obvious problem with the engine. Took it to another place where they confirmed, with one look, that another huge repair was needed. It was under warranty, so I assume Toyota of Lompoc just didn't want to do warranty work. This place has a culture of dishonesty and poor quality. Go anywhere else!

There was no pressure. They helped me find exactly the car I was looking for and delivered it detailed and in pristine condition. Minor servicing was done pmomptly

1. Multiple inquiry left on my credit report, don't push it if not approved. 2. After 30 days still no approved loan to send payment to 3. Lacked of follow ups ( they say will call you back but they never call back) 4. After 3 months they repo the car without a loan. 5. For a week they have no info on the where about of the vehicle. 6 Leaving me with a bill with gold coast recovery, and telling me they have nothing to do it. To retrieve my personal belongings. Management: Do what's right caused the car already sell by itself. If an error occur don't try to cover up cause it can ruin a life.
