First of all: I don't understand if I went to Toyota to buy a car or to buy extended insurance. I said I wanted to buy a Grand Highlander Max Platinum, and they said they wouldn't sell the car unless I also bought KARR security for $1900 and an exhaust pipe insurance policy. Only then would they agree to take my order. Secondly: When I was doing the financing paperwork, I wanted to buy additional accessories for the car, and I wanted them included in the car purchase paperwork. They said NO and claimed it couldn't be done. They said that when the car arrived, they would help me buy the accessories and give me a 20% labor discount. But I later realized they did this to make more money off me because even with the discount, the price would still be much higher than if I went through Toyota Smart Parts, where the price is much lower. After they realized I knew this, they finally agreed to do it for me. However, they didn't give me the discount they promised, which I only found out after signing the paperwork. Thirdly: I bought a Toyota dashcam, but no one knew how to use it. I met a female employee at counter number 1 when I went down with the salesman to ask about the Toyota dashcam they had installed for me, but before she even read the paperwork, she said, "We don't sell dashcams here, you should know the password if you installed it." I was completely fed up and couldn't believe what I was hearing. The salesman, Phi Phi, can attest to this. I was very upset, and they told me to come back another day. It's been two weeks now, and I haven't received any calls from them, and no one has contacted me to tell me how to connect it to my phone.

Toyota place is my most trusted auto repair shop. I like their honesty and high-quality service. No matter if it’s small problem or big problem that worries me, I always fix it here. Their service reassures me and I never worry about receiving low- quality and high- priced service. I appreciate their great service. I would give more starts if I could.

Went into Toyota place to take a look at a new 2025
Went into Toyota place to take a look at a new 2025 vehicle. I asked for the girl that had called me to set the appointment up but she was not around, so I walked over to the sales manager, he was able to point me to a sales staff person to show me the vehicle and give me a test drive. As usual sitting around on the chair waiting for the tag team process to take place I was hit with a finance person that immediately try to upsell Me by $10,000 in unnecessary add-ons. People;, this kind of shenanigans xxxxxxx dealer ripoffs or known as add-ons went away in the 90s and now dealerships are trying to bring it back. People need to stand up and say no and just walk out. That is exactly what I did.
