I just picked up my RAV 4 today after having it serviced
I just picked up my RAV 4 today after having it serviced for a parasitic draw on my battery. Turned out it was an after market alarm causing the problem. After paying $580 for the fix, I was happy to get the car back. After driving home I noticed the entire back panel was still unattached and laying on the rear floor. ????? The one star is for the work done but we’ve had other issues bringing our cars here. We had more problems AFTER they were worked on. We love Toyotas but we’ve learned to deal with more reliable, observant mechanics. This will happen never again because we will choose wisely next time. Never again.

Had an 8:45 appointment.
Had an 8:45 appointment...got there early...probably 15-18 cars ahead of me..did not honor my appointment..told me it would be 2 1/2 - 3 hour wait...only good thing was the niceness of John Suckling
