We had the "check engine" warning light appear on our trip from Illinois to El Cajon to visit our daughter and her family for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately it was Sunday night and nothing was open. So we found the closest Toyota dealership & just showed up Monday morning without an appointment. There were many cars ahead of us that had appointments. Finally Dennis came to our car, asked all his questions and we checked in & went to the waiting room. It took a while to get our Prius checked on the diagnostics computer. When we learned what was diagnosed Dennis obtained a ride for us back to our daughter's house. Parts were available the next day, our Prius was fixed and Dennis arranged for a ride back to the dealership and I came back to pay the bill. So many things were out of our control and yet Dennis worked hard to get our Prius back on the road so we could return home to Illinois. His friendly attitude coupled with his knowledge and concern for our difficult situation enabled us to be able to finish our trip in a timely manner in a safe vehicle. We're deeply indebted to Dennis & were VERY impressed with the dealership, it is a beautiful building run by extremely competent employees. Thanks to all !!
