It was good customer service employees very kindly and helpful I would recommend to my friends if they try to buy a new car this place is right location

My first thought when arriving at the dealership for my service appointment and while looking at the massive amount of cars waiting in the line for appointments versus the few cars in line for those without an appointment was, ?are they overbooking appointments?? After meeting with my service advisor for the basic oil change and tire rotation, I was told it would be about an hour and a half and I would be contacted when it was done. I waited in the lobby and after more than two hours waiting and never being contacted, I followed up with my advisor but it took him another 30 minutes to respond that my car was next and that the technician ?got backed up? and he gave my car to someone else to ?take care of asap?. I was told it would be done in 30 minutes but I wasn?t told it was finally done for about an hour. So in total, I sat at the dealership for about four and a half hours for a basic oil change! The advisor offered a measly 25% discount for the ?inconvenience?. The advisor had a very cavalier attitude toward my complaint of having to wait so long for such a minor service.

Toyota of Cerritos gave great customer service, Brian and Rafeek were excellent. The buying process as first time buyers was smooth and stress free. Once again thank you for the experience!
