Bought a used car with an unkown recall. Car broke down and called them for estimate to fix, they gave me an estimate and never mentioned the recall. Was fixed elsewhere and then broke down again. The warranty expired 2 weeks ago and they told me they were not required to notify me of the recall verbally and they would not waste their service dollars actively trying to fix something if I was not spending my money/service dollars there!!! Now they want to charge $3,000 to fix what would have been free when I called them about it 7 months and the warranty only expired two weeks ago!!!
