Responsive, thorough pictures and video of rhe car were provided. With all the information and pictures provided, we confidently drove from California to Toyota of Surprise to view the SUV. As expected, the vehicle stood in excellent condition, with no discrepancies from the photos we were provided. Fernando strained the purchasing process for us - within two hours we were back on the road in our new vehicle. Thank you, Toyota of Surprise!

ABSOxxxxINGLUTELY!!! pardon the language. For a single dad, just got laid off & just got put on permanent disability less than a year ago. Surprise Toyota lives up to their location & name. A Surprise!!! Even my hometown dealer (Prescott/Findlay) wldnt give me the time of day, Scott (Internett sales) & Kelly (finance manager), along with any & all involved WHERE AMAZING, compassionate & understanding. Even helped me get into a very very low mileage vehicle, w/warranty low down payment & even a lower interest rate than I was expecting "if I could get finacing". Which they did. On top of that, due to my disabilities not able to change elevations etc, they even delivered my new/used vehicle for me. Which is market valued $9k under book value. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
