I have been a part of over a million dollars in inventory
I have been a part of over a million dollars in inventory leaving this dealership, for the past few years, they was terrific from routine maintenance to the finance department and unfortunately the sales department did me dirty I was told my truck would do things it wasn’t capable of, and went back there not even a month later and no happy resolution so if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this think about how they did me don’t think for a second they will not do the same thing to you or worse

Car would not start so bought a new battery at Autozone
Car would not start so bought a new battery at Autozone Zone and then drove 600 miles. Would not start again so Tuscaloosa Toyota replaced the alternator and the car drove five for 4 days and then would not start. Service department said that I had a bad battery and I needed a new one. So I bought a new battery and took the old one back to Auto Zone for a refund. They said their battery just needed to be charged. That the bad alternator had just drained it. Tuscaloosa Toyota sold me a battery I did not need and Auto Zone said that the Toyota people knew what they were doing. I have been doing business with them for 30 years but no more. From now on I will be getting 2 estimates and will think really hard about buying a new car from them. They will cheat you!!! Beware!

Called this dealership, today, to purchase a vehicle.
Called this dealership, today, to purchase a vehicle. During the initial phone call, I stated I wanted to purchase a vehicle I saw on their website & inquired about having it delivered (I live almost 6 hours away). The man who answered, DeSantis, immediately took on an annoyed tone & said he wasn’t interested. Completely taken off guard - I laughed. I guess he stopped to think about his response & asked how we would pay. His next question was if our bank makes wire transfers. He then went full aggressive. Like weirdest escalation I’ve ever experienced & completely out of nowhere. I have purchased many vehicles just this exact way and I’m not entirely sure if this guy was just a really lazy salesman or an angry one. I do know he clearly doesn’t need business and I would’ve been the easiest sell he made today. If he doesn’t deliver, he could’ve easily said that and I would’ve been on my way. Instead - I’ll make that purchase elsewhere (I’m actually waiting on the digital paperwork now) & take 3 minutes to let everyone else know to save their time - this dealership clearly isn’t in the business of selling cars.
