Service Dept.
Service Dept. Is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Put wrong oil in vehicle. Service writer basically said owners manual was wrong. Had to go to a supervisor (in person as for 2 days and multiple calls Palmer’s did not return my calls) in order to get the oil that the manual specifies for my vehicle. Very unpleasant 3 day experience to get an oil change.

Eddie Black was the best salesman. Eddie Black was Very nice, fun and professional. Never pushy. I came in for a service and left with a new car. From Mitch in the service dept. and Tony in financial I couldn’t have had a better experience. Eddie was the best. He made buying a new car a great experience.
