2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid Overview (See Available Styles)

The 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid is the more fuel-efficient version of the popular midsize family sedan. It competes with the Ford Fusion Hybrid, Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, and Kia Optima Hybrid. The Camry Hybrid can switch to Normal, EV (Electric), and Eco driving modes. The battery pack is mounted between the rear seats and trunk.

Three trims are available: LE, SE, and XLE.

Under the hood, the Camry Hybrid is powered by a standard 176-hp, 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine and an electric motor mated to an electronically controlled CVT. Fuel economy for the LE trim is an EPA-estimated rating of 51/53 mpg city/highway. It lowers to a 44/47 mpg rating for the SE and XLE trims.
