The new location is very nice.
The new location is very nice. Ample room and amenities while waiting. Service advisor, Amir, was very friendly, courteous and professional. He was the star of the service experience. There were some glitches accessing the extended service contract but they were ultimately resolved. The USB for the infotainment system was replaced but remains somewhat loose. Perhaps it can be tightened next visit.

Great new service waiting area where there is ample space
Great new service waiting area where there is ample space for eating, lounging, children. Suggest a screen showing vehicle progress be installed there. Service was friendly, courteous and informative. We always make an appointment. However, when the "Express" option is busy, our wait and service takes much longer. We were told appointments have priority, but our first appointment for oil & filter took over 3 hours because 'they were 'so busy'. An appointment time shouldn't be offered if the schedule is full. Why make an appointment if you still have to wait so long? Subaru should give more thought to how the Express feature is marketed and inform those making appointments that wait time can change depending on how busy the Express is.
