Dahl Subaru Sheboygan

I took my Highlander in to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. They called me at 11:30 20 AM the next day said it was finished but they didn’t change the oil. They don’t wash the car and they don’t reset the maintenance required so then I got mad. I checked the oil they don’t change the oil so then I had to take it somewhere else and change the oil. The oil was dirty. All they did was rotate the tires and that’s it and charge me $120. I used a coupon otherwise I really would’ve got screwed.

My lease had ended and I was looking to purchase my vehicle. I set up an appointment at 11AM to speak with financial services. Someone started helping me by processing some of my information. I did not get into the office until 2 PM. Then I was finally serviced. I paid for my Title Fee and License Plate Fee. This is clearly shown in my paperwork. Much to my surprise I was stopped by the police for expired plates. Thank goodness I had the paperwork on my phone to show the officer. I contacted Dahl Automotive 2 days after signing my paperwork. They said I wasn't charged which I replied with a screenshot of my paperwork stating otherwise. The salesman helping me even acknowledged that I paid for it. I never received my new stickers for my plates. I had to pay for them again after being stopped by the police 5 times in 10 days. I purchased by car 7/28. 7/30 I contacted Dahl. After2 weeks of emails I was told I was a priority. After purchasing my own stickers, again, I quit emailing to see if they would contact me again. As of 9/8 that answer is no. Customer service is something that doesn't exist at Dahl automotive group. Commitment, honesty, integrity and respect for the individual seems to be lacking as well. I will never purchase another vehicle from Dahl. I will never have my vehicle serviced by Dahl. They are not listed on the Better Business Bureau to report them there.

Service manager not knowledgeable about vehicle service repair. Do not recommend them. Find another place.
