Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay

I was allowed to dive away with less than the required insurance on a loaned vehicle because the sales team doesn't know how to do their job. On top of that, I lost my license because this dealership doesn't know how to meet license restriction requirements, and the general manager here will tell you he doesn't care if you drive away with no license. He says it's not his problem.

I have been going to Bergstrom Subaru for the last 4 years. They have always given me exceptional service. But recently I want to call out for my Service Advisor Shane Nelson for exceptional service. I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! Absolutely terrible sales experience! 1. Turned from a sales person we liked to "Leon" 2. No respect from Leon, offered Linda water which she never got 3. Treated us like imbeciles with a flip chart. 4. Listed my name first on the quote sheet instead of Linda, the actual buyer. 5. No personality, only gave trained canned responses to questions or concerns. 6. Several other issues but I think you see the point. In short, no concern for us as human beings, just being a highly trained robot incapable of any emotion or empathy. It will now be very difficult for us to do business with the Bergstrom sales organization I previously had some respect for Bergstrom, now not so much.
