Routine maintenance. Appointment scheduling was easy. Very little wait time during service. Friendly and informative service staff.
Remote start installation

I was scheduled to have remote start installed. Service reps were ready and quickly got me in. I needed a ride to work. A rep was quick to get me to work and explained how to access him if I needed a ride back (I didn?t). When I got back, my vehicle was ready. A rep showed me how to use the remote start. I saw the sales rep who sold me the car and asked her assistance to set up text messaging and how to set the remote for my garage door opener. She was able to help with both and I drove off a happy girl!

I purchased my third Subaru from this dealership. They take pride in their service and they are all so friendly. Not pushy.......and I never feel like I'm at a dealership. Quality all around.
