Hi Jeff, thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the timeline to ensure the situation is accurately represented. Your vehicle was purchased on November 7 with a 45-day temporary permit expiring December 22. Your plates arrived on December 4, and we notified you the same day. You requested that the plates be mailed, and our receptionist, Renee, confirmed that same day that they were being mailed out and would arrive within 5–10 business days, which is the standard mailing timeline. Even at the longest end of the delivery window, the plates would arrive by December 18, leaving four days before your temporary permit expired. As an alternative, you were welcome to pick them up in person at the dealership in Shoreline if you preferred faster delivery. You called this morning before our receptionist was in, and the salesperson who answered let you know she would provide an update as soon as she arrived. Throughout the entire process, we provided consistent updates and were transparent about timing. Given these circumstances, we kindly ask that you consider removing your review, as the timeline and communication were handled appropriately and within the required window.
