Great for purchasing a car, bad for service.
Great for purchasing a car, bad for service. They pressure their poor service employees and make them work high volume work for very low wages and they don't do a quality check so they could make a mistake. Their service manager Ryan Anderson is exploitive of their staff. It's why customers have issues because it isn't a well run service department that can balance service and customer needs with employee needs. We did buy a car from them and that process was fine.

I’ve had several visits and the primary issue of my warranty visit was not addressed (which turned into 3 visits), upon delivery of vehicle it broke down and had to be towed back as an intake tube blew off the installed position, upon the 2nd delivery I (customer) received my vehicle with performance issues, specifically @ WOT (Wide open throttle) to which I immediately contacted Betty the service writer about, in the following days on several mornings the car FAILED TO CRANK just as it did initially upon the 1st warranty visit. She suggested a test drive w/tech to observe the performance issues which happened to call in sick the day of my drive causing a reschedule at the very last minute, upon arrival the service writer was reluctant of driving at WOT to observe the performance issues the vehicle was exhibiting. During the test drive as expected, during wide open throttle the vehicle presented with the symptoms, upon arrival after the test drive at the dealership I was promptly fired as a customer, which I’m unclear as to why, there was mention of driving fast during the test drive, in my view the Dealership could not make any revenue off me or my vehicle and they did not want to spend any money in diagnosing the problem with this vehicle as they failed to find the origin issue initially, as well as potentially failing to diagnose followed by “repair” and another failure may be hard to write up to warranty…

Problems with Express Service. If you go to the Kendall Subaru website and look up what time Express service closes it says 4:30 pm on Saturdays. I brought mu car in at 340 pm and was told that they couldn't take the car because they stop taking cars at 330pm. The boss of the service te h than informed that they have to have everything cleaned up by 430 pm. iI looked online and there is no mention that they stop taking cars at 330 pm. The customer doesn't care when the mechanics leave, they care when they can bring there car in. If I go to a restaurant and the closing time is 10pm they take orders till 10pm. It doesn't matter to the customer when the dishwasher, cook or waitress goes home. i spent 40 minutes going back and forth for nothing. If Kendall Subaru Express service does not take customers after 330pm, list that as the closing time. Put information that is relevant to the customer on your website!
