Tyler was amazing to work with from the first In person
Tyler was amazing to work with from the first In person encounter , to texting until we finally made our decision two weeks later. He was responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We have dealt with many salespeople and he by far has been the best.

Tyler Carlson was top-notch, and I cannot say enough
Tyler Carlson was top-notch, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with him at Michael's. He tracked down a 2025 Forester Sport Hybrid for me exactly 20 years after I purchased my first new car - a 2006 Forester base model that I bought on the eve of the 2006 Super Bowl. And while I was still driving it 20 years and 148k miles later, it was time for an upgrade. The Seahawks timing is random (albeit memorable, considering I'm writing this review on the day of the 2026 NFC Championship). But me choosing to buy from Michael's was not random. Because when you consider that I don't live on the Eastside, and can even walk to my local Subaru dealership, I bought at Michael's, and will likely get all of my servicing done there too now, because of Tyler. THANK YOU!! (p.s. go hawks)

I know how dealerships usually work, and how salesman
I know how dealerships usually work, and how salesman are. But I went in knowing what I wanted. Hieu was amazing and I appreciate him making the process smooth and fast. 10/10 experience from him. Just some advice. Go in knowing what you want and figure out what the out the door price is, before you let them know if your financing/buying or have trade ins. This location seems very reasonable. Highly recommend.
