I contacted Safford Subaru in Manassas about a vehicle I was ready to purchase within 48 hours. Sean initially confirmed availability and promised a follow‑up once the sales team arrived. Later, Sam informed me that the vehicle had actually been sold the previous night. While I understand that inventory systems can lag, the immediate attempt to steer me toward another vehicle felt premature and bordered on a bait‑and‑switch tactic. Once I expressed my concerns, Sam apologized and acknowledged the issue, which I appreciated. However, the dealership should ensure that their DMS and internal communication accurately reflect real‑time inventory to avoid misleading customers. I recommend verifying availability before investing time with the sales team. I ultimately purchased a vehicle elsewhere at a fair price.

We had a great experience. This was our first time buying a car. Omar was very personable and knowledgeable. Such a great experience that we will go back to Omar to help my mom get a car.
