Chris Payne is thee definition of a “used car salesman” smh. He tried to sell me a vehicle that knowingly had transmission problems, & pressured me when I decided to leave. Horrible experience & will never be returning there again.

After having my 2022 ford edge which I bought brand new and still under warranty, I was having overheating issues. After diagnosis at 2 ford dealerships Jarod found the problem and quickly fixed the issue. Leon is service was great working with keeping me updated on the progress. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Bob Wade in the past and they have won my business back for future sales and service.
