When it was time to retire our reliable yet much older cars my daughter and I went straight to Oliver Subaru in Rutland. Bill Clark was our salesperson who went above and beyond to guide us through the process while the new owner Jose Oliver coordinated a great deal for us! No pressure tactics, personable, and a great customer experience overall in purchasing our 2 newer vehicles!

My wife and I have purchased 4 Subaru’s through Rutland, and referred 11 others (family and friends). We just waited over 5 months for the car we ordered to come in, only to get a phone call 20 hours before we were supposed to make the 90 minute drive to find out that their sales manager would no longer do the deal that they put in front of us. We both arranged to take the day off, found child care, cleaned out the car we were trading in, only to get a phone call saying we would need to come up with another $1,500 down. We stayed within the mileage limits, but we were told because of gas prices they couldn’t honor the agreement. Needless to say this is the last time we will deal with them, and will not be referring any more customers their way. Check out the other dealers in the twin states, and hopefully this isn’t a common occurrence.
