$720.98 for a generic plastic electrical connector and 8" of wire? 3-17-25 went to Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall to have an AC wire repaired that was chewed by a rodent. They told me a new wiring harness would be thousands, but they could repair the damage for $700. I'm getting too old to bend over an engine compartment, so I agreed. 45 minutes later, the tech replaced a generic plastic electrical clip and 8" of wire for $688. $32 for shop supplies and $688.98 for labor. Shop rate is $190 and hour. They charged me $688? I replied to their request for a review, but never heard back from them. Nice customer service, there, Norm... Dont recon we'll be coming back or recommending you to anyone.
