I had a very positive experience recently with Peter Szczerepa at Anchor Subaru. He answered my questions and showed me some pertinent tools to use on new Crosstrek. He was knowledgable, personable and I hope and feel that he was honest. Andrew handled the finance part of the deal which went smoothly. He was professional.

Jack did more than expected. He reached out to Subaru for warranty help and received it on our behalf. We will always drive a Subaru after the tremendous help we received. We are so grateful.

It's been over 2 months now that Anchor Subaru said they
It's been over 2 months now that Anchor Subaru said they would call back to explain why we're paying over 40 dollars a month more than originally agreed upon with no benefit to us. It's time now to submit a letter to the Attorney General's Office to see if this is their normal way of conducting daily business or just a bad mistake that no one is willing to fix or admit to. I think the biggest mistake was going to Anchor Subaru.
