I?d give Lynette if 5 is highest I?d give her a 10 She was personable, friendly, explained what needed to be done and called to let me know the parts it needed and estimated when it would be done. She called when it was finished. So far so good. The extended warranty covered it so that also made me happy

Awful experience.
Awful experience. Waiting 5 1/2 hours for a half hour repair. Asked service manager after two hours to check on my repair. She said they?re working on it when in fact, they?ve never even started on it and thought I was dropping the car off and not waiting. She is a lazy, liar, too lazy to get off the chair to find out what my update was, a liar in that she told me they were working on it and never even started. They wasted my entire day.

Service is great. Have not experienced a long wait to be seen. Issue was promptly looked at and services and fees were explained. Have not had any issues
