Friendly/ Professional / & Honest. Sendell will tell you what they did verbally & a written copy of services performed. The waiting room is comfortable. the coffee was Great; they need a simple snack tray for customers in waiting. Most dealerships offer these. I give them a 9.5 Stars. out of (5). Why? there's always room for improvements.

Very easy. Jason was informative and helpful. The car was as stated. So far so good.

We walked in and no one even acknowledged our entrance. We walked around and finally someone acknowledged our presence, and then said he knew we were coming....then the online salesperson showed up and introduced herself, and was very nice. We talked and got a few questions politely answered, and then took a test drive on the vehicle we were interested in. At first it had a pulsating brake issue, dissed by the salesperson and "lot rot". The we were smelling a burning smell, and the salesperson said he would have that looked into and would get back to us, but he was sure it was just a slight fluid spill on the engine, which hadn't been driven in quite a while.... We left, and they never did get back to us. Nice car, but man, what ever happened to customer satisfaction....
