If I could give 0 stars I would. I came from Tulsa to OKC to purchase a car, had previously agreed upon the amount of 27k from the salesman before arriving. the the finance manager Kylie added VSC extended warranty and protection for about 5k, which raised the price of the loan that was not agreed upon before processing the paperwork. We were not informed, nor did the Kylie explain to us anything about the warranty. it was already added and next thing i know the price of the loan had changed. the next day i spoke with the finance director Luis to explain what happened but he completely disregarded my concern and situation at hand. instead, he continued to push the warranty on me without trying to resolve the issue. so, I drove back to the dealership and just paid out right via check to be done with situation. there was never an apology from the sales manager or finance director. So if you do decide to purchase a vehicle from them, please be aware of everything they tell you and overlook the paperwork before leaving the building. also understand the customer service will not be the best.
