(This dealership is now Eide Subaru Mandan) I can’t say enough about my experience with Eide Subaru of Mandan, especially Sales Consultant Charlie Bell. I live over 3 hours away in Epping, ND, and almost switched to Toyota for convenience—their dealer is much closer, and I already own a 4Runner. Charlie completely changed my mind. For weeks, he worked with me remotely, listening carefully to my needs and helping me find a vehicle that checked all the boxes: safe for North Dakota winters, practical for all the miles I drive, and stylish enough to impress my teenage son. When I arrived, he had several Subaru options ready to test drive. There was zero sales pressure—just genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Because of Charlie and the rest of the team—Jordan in Finance, Nyk with the Love Encore program, and Kendall in Service—I didn’t just lease a 2025 Crosstrek. I reaffirmed my loyalty to Subaru. The dealership is clean, welcoming, and run by people who clearly love what they do. Totally worth the drive!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I espeially appreciated the free car wash. All of the sales men, the man that changed the oil, and the coffee that I enjoyed while my Subaru was being serviced. Everyone was super!!! 👍😮
