I went in for a new tire that I have a warranty contract
I went in for a new tire that I have a warranty contract for that I bought a few days after I leased my new 2024 Suburu in sept 2024, as well as an oil change and inspection and was denied coverage from equity shield and I called the service manager Steve and he said the warranty doesn't cover wear and tear but aside from the car and tire only being 15 months old, I called the Suburu rep of where I leased the car and took out the tire and wheel warranty and he said that I'm covered and that I never should have paid! He also said I should call Suburu of America and complain about being charged for the tire since it's supposed to be covered and to dispute the charge with my credit card company if they don't help me! Steve, ur service manager said to dispute it with the warranty company, they aren't going to do anything about it cuz they don't have my money, u do!

Knowledgeable personal. They call to FU to see if the service was acceptable. Or if we have any questions. We’ve had the car for 13 years. All work is done at the Subaru dealer. We’ve never had a complaint.
