Koeppel Subaru

I wanted to leave this review because I am very disappointed in a call that I have received from one of the Manager’s at Koeppel Subaru. He called and tried to get me to purchase a vehicle from him and when I asked for my sales person Meeza whom I have been doing business with for years , he said she’s no longer in the business but I found out it was a lie! Meeza is working at Star Subaru and still in the business. I will follow Meeza anywhere because of her transparency, honesty and the care Meeza always provided to me. Something that’s hard to find when purchasing a vehicle. Just wanted to put this out there so customers can make informed decisions and reconnect with the Sales person they trust.

I worked with Merna on my last lease and plan to entrust her with leasing my next car as well. She is responsible, knowledgeable, went anove &beyond to help me get the best deal. She was very easy and pleasant to work with. I generally shy away from car sales people, but I found Meena to be well worthy of my business, very different than other sales people I have had over the course of years!

They were much less willing to do what was needed in my situation than the dealer I went with instead. While nice enough, I suppose, they felt inflexible to me on how things were handled. (I am not talking price - we didn't get that far.)
