Update: August 6, 2024 So here we are again. I thought I’d give Goldstein Subaru another chance. I kept calling for an appointment, as promised, but I was continually told that someone would call me back. Yet, no one has. My father even called, and we were both repeatedly told that we would receive a call back. This situation reinforces my previous point: Goldstein Subaru makes promises but simply doesn't deliver. They are eager to take your money, but when it comes to providing post-sale support, they toss you aside. FYI: This is not an old or used car. It's a relatively new vehicle that should not be experiencing these issues, making the lack of support even more unacceptable. Out of desperation, I called Capitaland Subaru at 47 Saratoga Rd, Scotia, NY 12302, (518) 399-9999. I explained to the receptionist what was happening with my car and how we were being treated at Goldstein Subaru. Upon hearing the situation, she responded, “We are booked and don’t have any loaner cars currently available, but can you please hold? I’m going to speak to my manager and see what we can do.” She returned and said, “Come in immediately, and we will have a loaner car ready for you. You should not be driving that car!” It’s ironic how Goldstein Subaru always has excuses, while Capitaland Subaru was ready to help immediately. I hope this post helps others in a similar situation avoid the frustration I’ve experienced with Goldstein Subaru. Update: June 21, 2024 Today, I called to request an emergency appointment because my car unexpectedly stopped working (computer system, everything just shut down in the middle of the highway)The representative I spoke with informed me that they couldn't schedule an emergency appointment. I explained that I urgently need my car for work, as I commute three hours each way, and asked for a loaner car until mine is fixed. Unfortunately, I was told that no loaner cars were available. When I bought my car, I was promised certain services, including loaner cars. It's frustrating that these services are unavailable when I need them most. I expressed my concerns to the representative, who responded dismissively, asking, "What do you want me to do?" I then requested to speak with a supervisor but received the same unhelpful response. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering that I paid for services that were not delivered as promised. Given my interaction with the supervisor and customer service representative, it's clear they don't care. It's been a hard lesson for me, and as a result, I will not be making any further purchases from Subaru. They have lost a loyal customer.

Extremely disappointed....shop elsewhere!
I recently purchased a 2021 Crosstrex from this dealership. It was the third vehicle that I had purchased from this store and the fourth that I had purchased from a Goldstein dealership. The vehicle immediately had issues with the TPMS and pre-delivery damage to the engine insulation; why this wasn't checked out before is unknown to me. Twice now I have returned the vehicle to the dealership for repair, the last time was two weeks ago...the vehicle is still there! I have called the service department no less than four times leaving messages each time and no one has had the courtesy to return my call. What a nightmare this has been! What should have been something enjoyable, has been nothing but frustration. Needless to say, how can I ever trust this dealership again?
