We have purchased our second Forester from this dealership. Their SM Alex was always fair with price. Their service center is very efficient and friendly. One negative is their bundling of service contracts is costly. Otherwise I give it a 4 1/2 stars Vince from Mahwah

We are on our fourth outback and continue to be impressed with this dealership. Alex Petrushin has helped us with three cars now and he has always had our best interest at heart, when leasing or choosing a new vehicle.

Horrible Service
Horrible experience and customer service. Drove 3.5hrs away to get crappy service. Over a half hour before I talked to the desk to ask why I was still sitting there. Wanted me to pay to have my registration shipped to me. Finance manager ridiculed me several times over the warranty and interest rate after explaining to him why. Finance manager also had no problem rushing me through the paperwork but couldnt squeeze me in on a prior day. Receptionists didnt pay attention to simple instructions. No demo of the car; still don't know where half the buttons are.
