No good very bad people don't know what a car need

They will skip work on your car I bring my car there for a second service and they skip my tire rotation Make shure they work on your car and avoid wai choi he don't know nothing about cars and there is no manager in the service department you better going somewhere else

Big dissapointment

I drove all the way from Ridgewood, Queens (NY) to check my Subaru Forester because this was the place where the previous owner used to take the car. I hadn't had any issue with the car in the past 3 months since I purchased it. But that very same morning it started acting weird, like if the motor was going to turn off after stopping every traffic light. Explained this to the people at Hudson Subaru and they did a check up on it as well as a change of oil (which was the reason of my visit). They told me there was a problem with the engine and they would need to work on it and would cost me $3K to have it fixed. I just couldn't believe it. I called my brother whom is a very experienced mechanic engineer and works as a Brand Manager (SKBERGE) and explained what happened and gave him the error code the people at Subaru had given to me. He said to take it somewhere else because there were other things to look for before the engine. I did ask around to some friends, and they guided me to this Car Shop in Brooklyn, with excellent reviews. They took care of the problem - which was never even close to what the people at Hudson Subaru had told me to do - and my bill was $1,200. Such a HUGE difference from 3k! Can't tell you how disappointed I am at the service I received from Hudson Subaru. Can't help to think they were simply trying to take advantage of me. As a customer you take the car to get the service from the people you think will do their best, and at the end it becomes a bad bad experience.

we bought our 3rd Outback from Chito Encarnacion from Hudson Subaru today. It is a pleasure dealing with him because he doesn't give you that hard sell approach. He listens, answers your questions and explains everything about the car. He's an honest, reliable and thoughtful sales consultant. We recommend this dealership and Chito without hesitation.
