If your looking to buy a Subaru this is the place to go. I purchased a used Outback from them and was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the value given for my trade-in and the price and ease of purchasing the car that I went back the next night a bought another Subaru from them. I worked with Mary Sweeneyy, Frank Santora, and Joe Iuzzolino. They were all very professional. This was the best experience I have had buying a car. If you go to Flemington Subaru you will not be disappointed.

I arrived for my scheduled test drive but my 4yr old son had gotten sick. As I cleaned up vomit off of my son in the bathroom, Alex gave my test drive to someone else who proceed to put a deposit on the vehicle during my test drive. They continued to go through the finacing with them for the next 5hrs. I waited with my preapproval letter from the bank, checkbook, infant, and toddler. Alex never came over to introduced himself. In fact the only interaction I had with him was when I returned from lunch and he deterred me from returning to the sales floor. I knew that once I had actually left, if the sale fell through I'd never have a shot and I had driven an hour and half to buy this Forester. The other customer was finally successful at wich piont I left. I still can't believe that Alex thought it was acceptable to move onto another customer while a mother needed a few minutes to clean up her sick child. Terrible choice.

I was set on purchasing a new Forrester. I went to Subaru Flemington and there was one vehicle left that met the specs that i was looking for. Apparently, Forresters are a hot item and dont stay in stock very long. i had done my research and saw what the fair market value of both my trade in and the new vehicle. when i sat down and talked numbers, they gave me a price below my researched price and my trade in at a number that was on or close to what i expected. there were no games or gimmicks, everything was laid out in front of me on a printout. it literally took an hour to get everything done. these guys are great! We worked with bob as well as both managers who were extremely helpful. i never had an easier car buying experience than i did at Flemington Subaru.
