Do not go here
Incompetent service department. Had my car a total of 5 days what should have been fixed on the first visit. I told them I had a nail in my tire. The service writer ignored me told me it was fine but when I pick it up? A foreign object in my tire. So I bring it back, on a Saturday, when I was told to by manager Christine who said she’d be available but refused to talk to me. Guess what’s not open on saturdays? The warranty department! So my car needed to stay even longer. And no loaners available of course. No management to speak to! Are you kidding if there’s an issue and you’re a salaried manager you’re always on the clock.

You'll Find a Better Deal Somewhere Else
We've been a loyal customer for many years, until last week. We wanted to lease a Crosstrek with Exeter, but the monthly payments they quoted me was $60.00 higher then Tri-City Subaru for the same amount of money down Tri-City sales person was even surprised by the Exeter quote.
