Everyone with whom I spoke at this dealership was courteous, helpful, and professional. Salvador Fregoso, the internet manager, went above and beyond to make sure my purchase experience was phenomenal. He showed me where I could go to have my new car maintained, and introduced me to the maintenance team, as well as the finance manager and the manager of the dealership. Evan Williamson, the finance manager, was incredibly polite and helpful. He reviewed every aspect of the purchase agreement with me, and made sure I had no more questions before sharing his business card with me and wishing me well. Terry Pollard, the sales manager, shook my hand and told me that if I ever have any questions about my car and/or services I could use, I may contact him and his team for help. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Lithia Reno Subaru and I will happily recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

The Reno Subaru service department has always provided
The Reno Subaru service department has always provided outstanding care to my 2019 Outback. Most recently I had my vehicle in for a brake flush and front and back oil differentials. The service was excellent, and Jennifer Casey walked me through everything from beginning to end and provided me with a loaner car for the day. I really appreciated the car for the day since I had a lot of errands to do, and the service was going to take 4-5 hours to complete.
