My experience at Van Subaru was excellent! The personnel (Kyle & Rick) were very nice and listened to what I wanted. I did not feel pressured and had all my questions answered! They found the perfect car that fit my needs at a price that couldn't be beat.

I hate to get into details because it honestly makes me feel sick when I think about how dishonest these people were with us. After negotiating a price on a 2016 Corolla for our daughter, we left a deposit and came back to get it on a Monday evening. On the drive home, the car started shaking uncontrollably. The seat, the dash, and the wheel were violently shaking, especially when stopped at a street light. We didn’t notice it on our test drive bc we didn’t sit at lights very long. I called them in the car ride home and said that I wanted to return it and they refused to take it back. They said that we signed it as is and they would not accept a return… even though we just bought it 20 minutes before. If it was a good car, they would have no problem selling it, but they knew it was a lemon and they did not dispose the problems. We took it to our mechanic and he said that they used an aftermarket engine mount and if they had used an original Toyota part, the shaking would be gone. I called told the manager that we wanted this done and he refused to put in an original mount and would not take the car back. I asked to speak the GM and he said he would pass along my number. We never heard back from them. We replaced the part… $1300 and the car is better, but then we went to register it with the state and the title had an error in our address so we had to get an affidavit from them to correct their mistake. Finally, they put a 60 day temp tag on the car, but we will still owe late fees with the state… they didn’t tell us that the 60 day tag is useless. In fact, it will cost you more money if you believe you have the time on the tag to register the car. The car has starting smelling like smoke…. They must have run it through an ozone to hide a previous owner’s smoking habit and it’s effects are starting to wear off. They also failed to disclose that it has hail damage. They are very dishonest people. We went to a dealer bc we felt that people on Facebook Marketplace were pretty sketchy… but this place is as every bit of sketchy…. They just hide it behind a big name dealership that makes you think they are legit. He have filed a complaint with the AG of the consumer protection agency. Hoping that we will be able to hold them accountable. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place!
