We had a very good, smooth experience throughout the process, with a considerate & helpful salesman, Ryan Harvey. Fletcher's "Lifetime Powertrain Warranty", that came with my new Subaru Outback, is a terrific warranty for me, and a great statement on how this company believes in its cars and its service mechanics!
