Run around! Stay away!

Buying first (used) vehicle August of 2020, we paid for tax, title and registration at that time. Also and extra $114 fee for out of state transfer. After 8 months, still no title or license plate. Repeated phone calls, of and on over 8 months, say they cannot do anything. Always an excuse, never quite sure what is going on. We had in the past purchased 2 other vehicles from a Walser, new and used. This experience is like nothing I could ever imagine. Would never again.

Stay away

Terrible customer service. Waited almost 30 minutes for my "appointment ". Condescending attitudes trying to get me to buy the car. Not even willing to budge to make the purchase happen. Convinces me how car buying sucks.

Indifferent at meeting customer expectations

Came in to buy a used 2017 subaru, knew which one we wanted. Process was complicated, but we got it sorted out. Since then there have been issues - one thing gets fixed and another stops working - everyone says there is nothing they can do since it was our decision to buy an extra key (car only came with one key, which we didn't know about until paperwork) even if it means the remote starter is broken by service in the middle of installing the second key. Told us to go to Best Buy instead. We have been back and forth with them and driving so far (45min each way) to get things sorted, and they have continued to come up short. Would not recommend if you're looking for a real customer-focused experience where they meet you half way and are transparent about everything. If you're just looking for an average dealership, then this place is fine for you. On retrospect, I honestly would have bought a different car I was eyeing elsewhere.
