My first experience at this Subaru Dealership which I purchased my new car recently. Conner did a very good job on describing what was all going to be done along with my oil change. And finished by resetting the reminder in my car for my next oil change.

Service team was unable to replicate the issue I was
Service team was unable to replicate the issue I was having with my 2024 Crosstrek, but they made every possible effort to address it. My only concern is that I've only owned this car for 3 months and it only has 18000 miles on it, but this is the second time I've had to bring it in for service. My previous Subaru, a 2014 Outback with 200,000 miles when I sold it in November, had never been to the shop for anything other than brakes, tires and a battery in the 6+ years that I owned it.
