Kevin and Brett at the service center were amazing! They not only help to resolve all my initial fears especially having a 23 ascent which is Subaru‘s newest model which means they still haven’t worked out all the kinks yet. Kevin was able to use existing warranties combined with my warranty so all I had to pay for was the oil change. I ended up getting new front brakes and a brand new exhaust manifold completely covered under warranty, amazing! Brett helped to fix my CarPlay and wouldn’t give up until the issue was resolved. This is why I buy my cars here and this is why I keep coming back because their folks genuinely care about their customers. I drive an hour and a half one way to get to this dealership and it’s completely worth it! Way to go guys, great job! Air hi-five!!!!

I have always brought my Subaru Outback to LaFontaine Subaru for routine service since I bought it - plus my prior Forester. They make sure to address any maintenance that should be done, tire rotations or tire replacement, oil and filter changes, etc. I am not the expert, so I relay on their expertise. Love the staff - Luc is thorough and checks all the boxes, explains things to do now, or next time. I usually wait in their waiting room, which is comfortable. I have no reason to check out another service shop!
