Starting from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warm smile & professionalism of David Jackson. To be honest, this wasn’t the first time I have been greeted by his kindness. David’s exceptional work ethic and customer service go way above and beyond, he maintained excellent communication and checked in with me throughout the process, ensuring that I understood all of the really serious safety repairs My car required to keep myself and my family safe. I would hope that the Subaru corporation values its loyal customers & their feedback, especially customers who have solely received Subaru service like myself at this location for the duration of their vehicle ownership. The Subaru company should recognize this gentleman for the hard work he does for the corporation. Also, i’d like to take a moment to commend the excellent hard work of my service technician Jorge Hurtado Herrera, Jorge’s masterful mechanical & technical-skills, enabled me to get my car back swiftly, efficiently, and ready to move on with life.
