Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. Ken Tereso did a great job talking us into a new car when we were only there for service. I am very happy with my vehicle and thank Ken for all his help. The only problem was lack of cell service in the building when our old car was done with service. We did not get a call right away due to no reception. It was a very good experience over all.
