My experience at this dealership was exceptional. As a senior this was my first experience buying a new car as well as being new to Subaru. I appreciate young Diogo’s patient, instructive and enthusiastic guidance through the process. He listened and responded to my needs and questions without undue pressure, just enough to keep my focus on my selection. The general atmosphere at CitySide was most friendly and welcoming.

My wife and I are very satisfied with Cityside Subaru. We reside in NYC, so buying a car in Massachusetts presented some logistical problems (mostly concerning our registering the car with the NY State DMV). The dealership staff was very helpful and creative in helping us solve these issues.
